Went for a mole map, and was very pleased with the service. I was shown on the screen my moles. Images were taken and recorded. I went back one year later for another check, one mole had physical changed and I was advised to have it removed that day. The results came back melanoma. I’m so grateful for the treatment at the doctors and the hospital. I did have surgery at the hospital to have lymph nodes removed. I would advise everyone to get a mole map I do believe this saved my life

Dr Bashir has been looking after me since he opened the clinic in st Luke’s medical and I have been loyal to my doctor because I trust him with my life, There’s been few worrying things over the years but nothing major but I am a worrier when comes to waiting for test results or any other health crisis, the main thing I want to say is Dr Bashir Ahmed is very good at his job and he puts patients first and fully dedicated his life looking after us, the st Luke’s community is very lucky to have someone like him who saves lives with prompt intelligent decision making and speedy recovery and good eyes on things which are danger and needs to pay attention to. whatever it is he is accessible and helpful unless he is occupied with more urgent patients, i highly recommend him and the clinic as a whole all staff are dedicated polite and professional Signed Bourne Buchanan

I have always valued the advice given by St Lukes Medical Centre and I have been a customer for over a decade. Specifically in terms of mole mapping and treatment they are excellent. To all the complaints about service or waiting times I would only say, you have a choice so just go somewhere else. Keep up the great work St Lukes Medical.

Very bad experience with the receptionist. She will never tell you about the charges. I wanted to see a doctor walk in and she didn’t inform me that there will be after hours charge if I see the doctor after 5:30. Kiwis or other people always will inform you so that you don’t spend unnecessary fee. But these receptionists are very typical and maybe they are still thinking this country same as home country. This is way too bad.

I have to say one of your receptionist is very incompetent and just argued with me when i wanted a repeat prescription. I don't understand how you can be in a job like this and just frustrate your customers. I shouldn't have to put up with something like this when I go to the doctors or get a script repeat over the phone. You should look at getting kiwis doing this job and then the service might improve. Your team needs to shape up or get rid of them.

Dear All, I had some difficult times back in the days, and no doctor could tell what is wrong with me so I decided to change my GP to doctor Bashir and that was one of the best decision what I could make. He picked up what is wrong with me on the first visit. Sometimes I have to wait for the doctor for a little while, but I believe it is normal as all the patients who wait in the facility need attention not just me and as they most probably have/has some condition what makes their life chalanging. For those people who complains about the waiting time: Please think about other not just you... Maybe you just waiting for a prescription paper while other people have serious condition/s and they maybe sitting next to you... So respect others and wait... I am happy to wait as it shows these doctors take their time with all the patients and they not just rushing trough the day. Thank you Dr. Bashir and all for your Team to be my support when I needed you all! Best regards, Robert
