I visited with my kids aged 4 and 2 on a weekday. The place was empty, tidy, and perfectly suited to their skill level, with lots of wide open space for their bikes and a few fun obstacles that they could safely manage. I cannot review from the perspective of a skilled skater, but this was a great spot for my littlies. Shaded spot for me to sit and watch was awesome, too. One small negative would be the nearest toilets at the beach front were a bit of a long walk. But overall I would highly recommend. :)
