We used Storage King for short term storage while renovating. We found Ethan to be very helpful and friendly. The location was nice and handy, the facilities were easy to access, even when the office was closed, it was always clean and tidy and felt very safe. We would have no hesitation in using Storage King Rosedale again.

Exceptional! Great facility that ticks all the boxes (pardon the pun). Secure, easy access, every 'lifting' device to make things easy whether you're moving alone or with others, easy location to get to and the most standout is the service from the guys. Nothing is a big deal and happy to help where they can :)

Super friendly and helpful staff! As someone who had never used a storage facility before I wasn't sure how it all worked, but they made it so easy for me to find the perfect size unit for me, its secure, easy to access and with all the trolleys available to use moving my stuff in and out was a smooth process. Highly recommend!
Great services, good policy, safe and secured, nice units, clean and hygienic facility, spacious/ big and convenient elevators for loading and unloading stuffs. Jason and Ethan both are vey helpful and professional whether in person or over the phone.
Amazing service, super helpful and so easy to deal with (even managed to give the perfect size unit from my explanation of "heaps of boxes")! If I need storage again I will definitely will be using these guys, not a bad word to be said.
