Extremely rude person at the reception. I came 15 minutes before close and got told they can't handle electronic transactions so I offered cash. Labeled me as a hassle to the person they were on the phone to. Groaned and moaned the whole time and made me extremely unwelcome.

Excellent and kind staff, good email reminders. Clean units no cobwebs after 2 years and everything is dry and in great condition. All hallways are swept and easy to access. Very very happy with this company. Will use again.
