This use to be an iconic Kiwi arcade for decades now its just tired and old, needs a revamp and some care. Urgent attention required

Such a pretty and old building inside with old fashioned style shop fronts. There is some interesting little shops including bakery, fashion, hair salon and barber. It's also right in the CBD so if you are in the city it's worth a little look-see.
