Was a little disappointed that the range in my favorite brands was a bit limited. That being said, I was extremely pleased with my choice. The staff made purchase a lot easier with their knowledge and willingness to exceed my expectations.

A little disappointed that the staff didnt offer to repair my sunglasses which were purchased from you. I took it to another sunglass store in the mall and they sent it off to be repaired and back within 3 days...

I spent about an hour here over 2 days trying on sunglasses. I dealt with 4 staff and they were all super friendly and helpful, even when the store got busy. Huge selection of sunnies. It was a fun shopping experience.

We had an absolutely horrible experience at sunglass hut. My partner and I feel ripped off after a premium pair of sunglasses broke due to a defect and no compensation whatsoever is offered. Also felt pressured to make a decision in store. Now that they have our money they just don't want to know about it Do not buy from these stores. Over priced and horrible support.

It was exactly that just ok, I ended up buying myself some new Oaklys elsewhere but each to their own I guess nothing negative to say about the shop I just found a better deal, it aways pays before you buy to shop around on your phone while you are there, which is exactly what I did and they couldn't price match but that's ok.
