Got towed at Albany Chinese Food Court，who would recognized there is a bloody PICK UP carpark hidden in all regular ones with same white line and misleading signs！ They would not explain a little bit about this ridiculous fee though - 320 nzd. Horrible experience totally like robbery

Unfortunately I arrived to my car as it was being towed, but gave the man 50 cash and he released my car. A for service.
Sadly for everything happened that day. But the Services of this Towing company is not bad.

Really poor form to tow a student, who is a gym member in the gym parking. Saying there is a process to appeal, but takes ten days to get money back is not good enough. Tow someone just before xmas - well done. AND it was done so unfairly.
We told them we would be there in 5-10 minutes to get the car - before that they already knew we were on our way to get the car. They had ample notice. We arrived and they took another 30 minutes to arrive. Horrible customer service too and ridiculous fees.
Supercity just want your money doesn’t want to listen you. I was in the gym in the same building in browns bay. They towed my car and wouldn’t listen me. I know its private building but i am there for the business thats what there sign says. They towed my car i had to oay 295 doller i am going to put a request for wave off tomm. I know its gonna be no from them. Nothing bed in trying
