Very professional service and systems . The driver turned up on time, explained the process for towing my car to the mechanic and took photos for both parties involved. All his information was on a tablet that made the process a lot easier. The office person was very helpful and friendly. All in all a great outcome.

Obviously don't like this place but the lady was very nice to deal with. Not sure how they can justify 320 for towing my car in the middle of the night though. Yes I parked in a empty business carpark. I come from Taupo for a night to see a friend. Down here we can park on the footpath grass or a empty business carpark and not have to worry. 320 though and they only towed it 1km up the road. Ripoff!

Q Who likes being towed? A No one! In saying that, I was towed by AT, so cost was just under 100. Which is well under the normal cost (I think). Easy process, so not sure what it's like with regular towing...

Good Towing company, we had a battery problem on our car during the night and they bring the bar back to my house very quickly for a reasonable price (190)
