I got the 100% human hair easy loop 24inch in chestnut brown. My natural hair is is a bit longer than my shoulders (around my armpit area) so I got the recommended 125 strands to add length. I know this is just a guide, but I thought because my hair was quite long already, that would be enough. It wasn't. The hair quality is incredibly poor. I'm left with very thin and straggly, incredibly damaged looking hair. In the companies defence, they do state on their website 'Please keep in mind our Easy Loop Hair Extensions are now discontinued and will not be restocked in the future so there is selected stock!' However, due to the exceptionally poor quality of the hair, I don't think they should be selling this product. I've had to take the hair out after 2 weeks because it is so mattered and knotted, no matter how much I brush it. I haven't put any heat on them or dyed them etc, and I've washed my hair 3 times in the 2 weeks I've had them in with high quality shampoo and conditioner. It's a complete waste of 230. It is a real shame, because I can't speak highly enough of the customer service and delivery times. If you're thinking of getting hair extensions, do not get the easy loop nylon extentions, and I do recommend they take them off their website so that customers do not waste hundreds of dollars and come away bitterly disappointed.

Have used superior hair extensions for a few years and only recently have I started coming into the salon and getting them installed by Woody, couldn’t recommend this place, their product and him enough. He’s so fast and always does a beautiful job!
Very good hair! Since moving from the U.K to New Zealand I tried a few places for hair and have finally found the best place to buy hair. I have been using different types of hair extensions for many years, these are some of the highest quality I have ever had. The service and quality is always great. Definitely recommend(especially the tape-ins).
