The cafe is fine. Just a cafe and the food is perfectly acceptable. The attraction of this cafe is that it makes a good destination if you take a train ride from Britomart Station to Swanson. A fun trip to take grandchildren on or grown up friends. Especially if you all have Gold Cards .

Nice coffee. Good staff. Food nice, would have liked more sandwiche options. Loved the chicken sandwich, but only one there. All other rolls, bap... had sauces chutneys.... and my husband likes plain clean food. I'd go there again, nice place

This can be a great cafe. Coffee is usually consistently good. Maybe not great but good. Great staff. Friendly, helpful. Service can be inconsistent on busy days. Menus needs a bit more imagination and flare. It sucks if you go there on a cold day and the heater is not going. But is a fabulous place on a nice day to kick back with a good coffee and a friend or the paper.
