I had to give 1 star to be able to write this review... This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. They lady that 'served' me, (W)Rongo, did not even look at me and was downright rude. If I owned this place, she would be unemplloyed.

Coffee n service both were great.
I would just like to say the Manager Maxine Kalolo was extremely busy and was multi tasking in a very calm manner and her service was absolutely fantastic what a great employee you ate very lucjy to have her working for you. The food was great too. Thank you Maxine.
Best double chocolate frappe ever! I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. For a newbie to Auckland, it makes a huge difference.
Awful coffee - burnt, over extracted, bitter and careless. Staff look mostly disinterested. Would really not suggest any one try this place.
Worst flat white ever. Bitter, too hot and the milk was burnt. Undrinkable! I took it back and said I thought maybe the milk was off. The barista made a face, but said nothing.
The worst customer service ever. Your staff need to learn to smile and greet everyone with a SMILE on their face. Coffee also tasted burnt. Do not recommend!!
What wonderful, cheerful and helpful staff. Best mince and cheese pie, and custard square ever. And the ladies made my coffee just the way l like it. What a pleasure. Great work. Thank you. Sonya from Tauranga
