My friend and I went here today and had a subpar customer service experience. We were both excited because Tank (despite the tagline 'choose plantbased') has until recently had no specific vegan options which seems kind of ironic. I ordered the Guacamole greens with vegan chicken - but I forgot to specify whether I wanted a wrap or a salad. When the salad came out (which is the more expensive option) I was surprised as I meant to get a wrap but I thought - no problem, I obviously had forgotten to specify. However, a few minutes later my friends wrap came up which was meant to be vegan. She had chosen the vegan fillings but also hadn't realised that she had to specify a vegan protein. You would think it would be protocol to confirm which option out of the four available someone wants instead of just assuming that they want chicken, especially given that there is A) nothing saying that the default option is chicken, and B) considering she ordered a vegan filling. She was refused a refund, and they wouldn't even take the wrap back, so she ended up throwing it away. Very unimpressed. Will not be returning.

By far the worst tank I’ve been to. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Found a long hair in my salad once, they didn’t even apologize and didn’t want to replace it. Another time ordered a smoothie bowl and got a liquid something with hardly anything but ice in it. See the photos for expectation vs reality. Staff said that it should look like that.

So unhappy. I walked in about 3pm. i was just about to order as i was looking at the menu. The guy than said "Sorry sir i am going on a break" I asked can you not make me a quick drink. He said "NO" i mean i work in customer service too i would not say like this to my customers. End of the day i am paying money for the drink its not free. felt very unprofessional.

Poor customer service, they didn’t ask what protein I wanted in the vegan wrap I ordered, and they gave me chicken. I asked if I could get another one, considering the 12.50 I payed, and they said no and refused to help me in any further way. My friend also ordered a wrap and received a salad, so suffice to say our experience was below average and will be avoiding this particular tank in future.

Poor service on Sunday, watery blue by nature bowl, weird taste of Caribbean but nice wrap though. Store looks dirty and dusty.

Showed up to order and the store was supposed to be open (8:35) - walked in and was told they were not open yet. Had to wait outside for over ten minutes while someone slowly put their supplies out - they didn’t even acknowledge how long they would take. I left after 15 minutes and went to another tank around the corner - had a much better experience at the one on Elliot street. It’s 2020, you should be open during your opening hours.
