Terrible customer service, could not understand what I was wanting. Then was rude and talked about me in her language that I could understand. All the staff need to have a lesson taught in appearance and customer service as they are dealing with food and they had their hair hanging out everywhere and I didn't see any hand washing going on. Definitely need some love at this store. Also more training in product knowledge and veganism products Thank you

Terrible customer service! We all have our bad days so I've not worried about it but it seems quite normal for these useless staff to make your order & not make any attempt to make the customer aware its ready, instead staff are chatting, laughing & quite happy socialising while they waste my time. Today was the last straw, I won't be back!

Don’t buy ‘Strawberry field’ it just orange juice. And i had to go to toilet strait away after drank it, after one sip. It was on 20th March, 2021, around 2.30pm

Very good service... I placed an order online and paid at the incorrect branch... I tried calling the other branch to cancel order however they were useless and didnt answer the telephone all 13 times I called... I went to the Lynmall branch where Tinki assisted me and went out of her way to call the branch too - no answer... once again... she the sorted my order this side... very friendly and helpful... THANK YOU so much for sorting this.

Generally good service but best of all is the reusable tank container that comes with 1 free tank smoothie and then a free shot whenever you use it.

Smoothie was 90% yoghurt and 3-4 strawberries. No good. Saw it being made. Update after following up with Tank: Despite smoothie not being great, excellent customer service. Issue was dealt with promptly and appropriately. Thank you.
