15 march - Slow service.... the tank way. No full tanks either... no cups... Back here today 16 March... no oranges for juice...

I have been a regular customer for the past 1 year. One thing I can honestly say the team are friendly and the service is excellent! It's like fast service, well managed and always super clean. Staff is really good and my salad was super delicious. Thank you everyone. Definitely worth it and you will not be let down

Happy to see Staff using two gloves and using sanitizer while taking order and handling cash for the customer safety. I think they have to wear mask as well for their health and for others as well. This is compulsory for face to face conversations.

I wasn't really a fan of Tank earlier. I have had Tank on Queen Street and the one in the campus of the University of Auckland but personally I never enjoyed them because I always felt there was too much ice or the smoothie was too thick. Recently I visited the Tank store at Parnell and I ordered the Life Force Protein. Honestly, it is the best thing I have drank in ages. It was so beautiful. I enjoyed very sip to its fullest. The customer service there is amazing and the staff are very polite especially Anurag. He always has a smile on his face no matter how busy the store is. I'm very impressed and I will come back.

Waited 20 minutes to get 2 juices, they made wrong ones, had to wait for another 15 minutes for them to make the right ones. The juices were somewhat tasteless comparing to other Tank stores
