Very bad service, not professional, the sales just care until you paid. Don’t even know the sofa they sold need to assemble leg or not. On delivery day, wait for whole morning, they send the wrong Sofa to me. Made many calls, and the manager their said he is busy, he doesn’t know what’s going on. Excuse me? When you take the payment, do you know what is going on? Called the call centre, one lady was helpful and helped find out the right Sofa for me, at around 3pm, said will delivery around 5pm today. Waiting until 5.30pm, no phone call, no sofa, nothing showed up. Called them, they got off work, no body cares. But for me, I just waste the only day off waiting for the Sofa I paid for. What is wrong with this company? Very regretful for buying from this company.

Customer care centre should named : toilet centre ! Brought outdoor umbrella only 3week and is broken by normal use . Centre of framing is crack ! Should not made by plastic . sales are told me has 1years warranty .when I get back sort with issues with “customer care “ centre ,it has been declined Said is windy ! Wfk , Is outdoor umbrella should sitting inside ? (We are use normally and close all the time !) By peter K with no reason , told me i can use my content insurance for cover ! What is Smart answer ! Won”t buy any product in future . Faulty store with “great staff” !

Great range of furniture. While browsing, however, a staff member came over to ask if we needed any assistance, who I assume was a manager. After we had a short conversation he then went and told another staff member off in front of us. Very rude. We quickly left because we felt awkward.
