Purchased a pair for my son who has wide feet. Staff measured and made several suggestions to accommodate his wide feet. Now he has a pair of very comfortable running shoes. Very easy and fast shopping here.

I went to the Athlete’s Foot in Newmarket Westfield on Boxing Day 8 mins left to closing time. Justin L help me and asked what I need and after the foot scan check, he brought 2 pairs which both fit me perfectly. I have never experienced any shoes fit me so well in my life. I was amazed. He and his team was so friendly and kind with great knowledge and I am so happy I walked in to this store for the first time. The Athlete’s foot store will be my go to for any sneakers purchase from now on. Very much recommended. (I wrote to the different store comments section only because I couldn’t find the Newmarket store on google map)

Had a very good experience with this store. Sonia was very friendly and enthusiastic in delivering customer service, guided me using the 3D scan which accurately measures my feet size. She also recommended a few other shoes that suits me and also allow me time to consider. Though I didn't buy any shoes in the end, she was still very professional. I will return again to shop. Thank you!

I have never bought shoes from this store before but when Daniel told me how they do things differently and took me though the three easy steps then photographed both my feet inside their comfy ankle socks took a video of my walking Stride then showed me how I walk , then Revealed to me that my Right foot is slightly bigger than my left ah wat and where my soles of my feet have the pressure points it just gets Better he had the plan the perfect supportive shoes to try Saucony Brooks Underamour showed me where the support line should be on any shoe I Bought the shoes then and there No Question our family could be switching from the major shoe brands to athletes foot I definitely need to get our daughter in here for a fitting for Netball shoes. That's a must Do
