Went there last week for a lash lift, tint and brow shape and colour. The technician was really lovely and I felt so relaxed while getting it done I almost fell asleep. Unfortunately the products did not seem to work well for me, but based on other reviews this may have just been my one-off experience. Just sharing in case helpful to others. Basically: - My brows were a little sore in the days following the shape and colour, I think maybe due to the dye. - I am still getting black marks under my eyes since the tint. I am guessing it's due to that as I haven't used mascara in a couple of days. - I have thick lashes and the lift did not take well; it is a little lifted but not like what I have experienced with a YUMI Lash Lift elsewhere. On the last point, the technician was very understanding about this and offered me a complimentary lash lift in six weeks' time to try again with different sized pads. This was great customer service and I was happy with that resolution.

Have been coming here for a couple of years as their lash service is amazing! Courteney always does a really good job on my lashes, and I receive so many compliments on them. All staff are super lovely and friendly. Would 100% recommend :)

I have been going to The Beauty Chambers for a couple of years now as they were recommended by a friend and I have never looked back! Sarah does my eyebrows and eyelashes and gets them perfect, exactly how I like every single time. Sarah is AMAZING! All of the staff are super friendly and the whole Salon has a great feel about it

I have had treatments from almost all the ladies here, their all super friendly and welcoming and the services are always high in quality. Love going here and have continued to despite living on the opposite end of Auckland, they're worth the drive !
