On Saturday (22.02.20) my wife ask a staff member for a good bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and recommended a 35 bottle of Mam O War with gravestone on the front label only it did not say it was a Sauvignon and said “IT WAS A BIG SELLER” and thanked him for his selection. So she got home and I had our dinner ready (Thai) ready to get down and eat and she open the bottle pour a glass and realised it was a Sauvignon / Semillion a mixed blend. Cause it did not state it on the front label only taking the staff member recommendation and it was open we knew we would not get a refund. The point here is that the guy knew nothing about wines plus the wine was in the Sauvignon section in the fridge and decided to go for the more expensive one. When you are paying for something at that price you look forward to a good wine. On Monday today I talk to the owner to descuss the issue but was not interested very sad!!!
