I pre ordered a 30th Birthday cake as a surprise (via Uber Eats) from this store on Tuesday 21st April for Friday 23rd April (today) I confirmed details for that cake via email on Weds the 21st April and apparently the emailed response was that it was all good to go. A couple of hours prior to it being delivered today, they cancelled it leaving no time to organise another. They had my email, couldve given me a bit of a heads up. I mean, a 30th birthday is kind of important, like any birthday. I realise the store is 5 mins drive from the delivery address and if I was there in Nz I would get it from the store myself. But since Im in Australia, that makes it slightly awkward. Hence the Uber Eats request. Not only that its almost 80 to be delivered and 46.90 through Click and Collect, WOW. A bit of a price difference. Thats almost double the cost. So, nobody got cake for their birthday and you guys got a bad review. A pity I cant give less than one star, Id tick negative infinity stars until the end of time. Amen. The END. The moral of the story is that the Mangere Cheesecake Shop can ruin your event, dont rely on them to do their ONE JOB. Seriously, you make cakes right? Cant even do that right #cantevencake \u200d️

Normal size shop.they your normal range.quality is great.staff is great.if u looking for more variation u have to ring them.only wish they had better parking at the mangere towncentre outlet.

Very nice people working there. They obviously have delicious and beautiful cakes so that's a big 5 stars. Of all the cheesecake shop stores in Auckland that I've been to, this has to be my favourite! Keep up the amazing work!

Love there cakes it's not as sweet as its suppose to be. But it's very delicious and delightful as well. Nice and creamy moist as most cakes should be. But they do different sort of cakes.
