Beautiful Cookies and Cream cake that was so easily ordered online, and the business rang me the next morning to confirm my order and instructions. My 10 yr old daughter and her friends loved it and especially loved plucking the treats off the top! Great selection of cakes and related accessories in store when I went to pick up!

We ordered a birthday cake and this is what we received. Many thanks to The Cheesecake Shop for putting us in most embarrassing situation in front of others in birthday party. The most surprising is that one of the staff members is saying that this is the texture of the cake and another one is asking if I need a refund. Very very poor and not at all professional. What I have learnt is "Order at your OWN risk." NOT RECOMMENDED.

Look at the picture.. How bad writing was.. We paid for that and they mess the name.. How can we give surprise with that writing. Not following level 3 alert. Not wearing mask during the service. Very rude staff. Ordered fresh cake and served old cake. Refund money in cash format. Ruined someones birthday.

We came from CANADA (2018)to celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday. My wife’s sister n bro -in law got us this cake for my daughter. Best cake I ever had. Wish we have u guys in delta . Yum yum yummy.

I wish I never stopped at the shop. I asked for a plain classic cheesecake but all we could taste was an old, average coconut cheesy cake with dried out berry jam on top gross! My daughter picked couple of cake ornaments that were 20c each, we got charged 2 each, when I mentioned this after the payment was already made I received 60c back.. The girl was all over the place so I left knowing I was ripped off. It would have been fine if I actually purchased a fresh, tasty cheesecake from a shop called ‘THE CHEESECAKE SHOP’.

Ordered a tiramisu torte for my partners birthday dinner and the whole experience was easy, from order to pick and the satisfaction of eating a beautiful cake! Even with the shop clearly busy, the shop was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the cake and was great value for money. Thank you for making this special birthday treat!! Much appreciated. Keep up the great work team!

I always find The Cheesecake Shop to always be busy unstandable due to many different occasions a cake can be used a form of gift or celebration, I tried this branch a few times and there was always an excuse "oh the cake writer is not in today" or "we don't have that product today" and going today I asked if they were able to write a name on the cake and if I bought extras to put on the cake can they add it on....oh no! They didn't add them in they put it in a bag for me to put it on myself No more Cheesecake Factory for me.
