I purchased quarter of tiramisu cake from here for 15. Thinking would get the quality worth for 15 but it was very dry and crumbly not even near to look fresh and moist. Even the taste wasn't good. Not at all worth for the money paid. On top when I shared my opinion with owner in a polite manner she misbehaved and showed very arrogant and stubborn attitude towards the customer. Unprofessional and poor quality item not worth for the money spent. Branding is copied to cheese cake factory I actually walled into the shop thinking about the cheesecake factory but came out to be cheesecake shop so kind of imitating the look and decor from a reputed brand.

They did a rough job with the writing on the cake. Just kinda squished the text anywhere that could fit onto the cake, didn’t look nice at all. Way to ruin a perfectly good cake. Wouldn’t recommend

The worst service in Auckland. We showed a cake which they suggested to have bit differently. We picked the cake and tried to cut infront of 35 people and unable to cut because it was like rock. Every laughed at us and when we went back on same time the owner said it was our fault because we cut the cake too early. I went back to buy another cake because all the guests refused to eat that cake and they charged me full price for another cake. Not tell all my guests where not to go for cakes and this would be the last place I will go. Thanks to them to make my 4 year's old birthday unforgettable.

I went in to pay for a cake with a voucher the salesgirl didn't acknowledge that its valid and wouldn't redeem it. Next minute went online used the voucher and picked up the cake from another store. worst customer service.

Everyone laughed at us and when we went back on same time the owner said it was our fault because we cut the cake too early. I went back to buy another cake because all the guests refused to eat that cake and they charged me full price for another cake.
