I have been a patient at Massey Medical for over 16 years. Dr Jane and Dr Stuart have provided top quality medical care for myself and three children and to date they have been spot-on every time. Dr Jane really listens and I never feel fobbed off or forgotten about. Receptionists and nurses are awesome, friendly and professional. A great suburban practice where I never feel judged or leave the practice questioning their decisions.

I wish it was possible to give a negative review as Dr Monk and his wife Dr Renwick deserve that. Six years ago I attended Massey Medical Centre with a mouth ulcer. It went on too long but they said it was just a mouth ulcer. For two years I had this 'mouth ulcer' even though it was causing pain in my ear and swelling in my tongue but I was still told it was just a mouth ulcer. I felt dismissed and disregarded so changed doctor only to find that the 'ulcer' was by then grade 4 cancer and I needed to have my entire tongue removed and replaced with a slab of abdominal flesh. It has taken five years of battle with ACC but all the facts and reports show that Massey Medical Centre had ample opportunity to monitor the ulcer and had they done so could have detected the change to cancer. I have now been granted a treatment injury and compensation although it can never replace my tongue or compensate for the four surgeries, stress and heartbreak I have been through. My advice is, if in doubt seek a second opinion or better still go somewhere else in the first place.

I have been going to Joy Stevens at Massey Medical center for approximately 6 years and have found her to be One of the most competent doctors and GPs I have know . I work as a nurse so see a lot of Doctors in practice. I appreciate the way Joy has a friendly approachable manner and is Up to date. She is astute in following up on conditions , medical care and referring on. I would recommend her and the other Doctors in this clinic to anyone looking for a general practitioner they can trust and who will give then competent thorough ongoing care. Cheryl
