Completely terrible care of patients. In regards to the lack of care received by these Doctors, The Doctors Middlemore would definitely receive an award in 1st place for exactly that. You can never get a decent answer when coming to this place presenting so many symptoms concerning a particular problem. It's just so difficult. These Doctors are only here to collect a pay check and be done. No thorough care, no investment into ensuring that they are covering basis of what the actual problem is. I don't know what a 2 - 3 minute consultation will achieve. These Doctors need to shut down because they are only causing more harm than anything else in our community.

They clearly need to replace that receptionist with the horrible attitude. Phone lines are always busy, I don't think I've ever gotten through. When it's good it's good here, but when it's bad it really is the worst experience.

The doctor and nurses are good but the receptionist the Polynesian kind of a big lady, she's rude with her service. She's in the front office and she needs to put a big A for the clinic, instead she's putting it down to D

Worst service ever. the phone does not get answered until for being on hold for at least half an hour and receptionist does not know how to talk on phone as it was very rude. should be zero star

Have been waiting to see the doctor going on to three hours now, this is worst than having to go to the middlemore hospital. I move from another clinic to this one here thinking that they will be better than my old one and to find that this is the worst one in my experience since I have lived in nz for the last 37yrs

Very unhappy with the service i received. I had been waiti g at this place for more than an hr and a half havent been seen. My gp isnt available so i came to the nearest place i could find. So unhappy i hope dhb could look into this matter. So what if paitents arent enrolled at your surgery. Hopeless and just not right.

Their website immigration medical can be done in Sunday. But they not providing e-medical on Sunday after direct visit. waste of 45 minutes travel.
