Paul did such an amazing job - by far the most trustworthy and hardworking mechanic I have ever come across! He regularly communicated with me any updates and changes that needed to be done to my van. The service was quick, efficient and very cost effective. Brought my van in for what felt like a transmission issue and they immediately diagnosed it as a engine misfiring (which thumps like a transmission issue). I was offered a drink while I waited, and after the diagnosis I was referred to a couple of mechanics that could take a closer look at the engine. I would highly recommend these guys for their customer service.

Paul was fantastic, he has amazing customer service skills by always keeping me informed on what was going on parts wise, fitting process and explaining everything so that I had no worries about my car being completed by xmas!
