I took my car to the Gearbox factory last November with a grinding sound possibly coming from its CVT transmission. Toyota dealers couldn't figure out the problem and were saying they will need to take apart the transmission and would make sense for me to rather buy a second hand transmission. With only 70000KM on the ODO, I didn't want to spend money on the second hand transmission. Brian from Gearbox factory was able to help. Not only that the problem got resolved, but I feel that my car has got more torque than before. I have been driving and have done over 7000KM since the repair, the car is perfectly running fine. Each time I sit in the car to drive, it reminds me that how great the job was done by the Gearbox Factory Team. Thanks guys!

Handy location but couldn't diagnose fault on my car. It was a broken engine mount but they said have to rebuild the Gearbox.

Poor service. Went in to get my engine light checked. They had no time for me even though I was booked. Rushed me out the door saying they would have to send codes to Germany. Stating it would be "an overnight thing". It has been a month and a half and I have not heard back.

I dont normally do this but credit where credit is due. The Henderson branch were great to deal with in a very professional manner during my recent gearbox rebuild. At all times they communicated the diagnosis, estimate and progress in a professional manner. The loan car was used during this time which we appreciated. I would use this company again and recommend them to all.
