Fantastic place and one of my new favourites at the Viaduct. They have a few vegan and gluten free options, and the service was great. And it wasn't too crowded on a Friday night which surprised me. Recommended.

The Lula Inn is a fantastic bar right in the heart of Auckland's Viaduct. providing stellar views of the Waitemata harbour as well as delicious food and beverage options. The decor of the restaurant is very unique, offering a selection of booth, table seating as well as a deck by the harbour should you want to sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff and management are wonderful and the live bands that play on the weekends are awesome. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a fun night out on the town. Well Done Lula's!
I was in on a birthday bottomless brunch I was served by Harriette. Absolutely amazing service she was so patient and checking if we were okay and assuring us if we we wanted a top up. She was the only one that checked up on us regularly. Absolutely amazing service she is the only reason we would come back to Lula inn. Harry if you are reading. we loved you!!!!! She is also the only one that made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much Harriet!

Pretty disappointed. Was told my friend who had made the booking had booked a bottomless brunch so had to pay before being seated which had me confused as I did not know about it. When the friend arrived, she was equally confused as she hadn't done so and it didn't say anything in the booking confirmation. They had already poured one drink which I would have been happy to pay for separately but the manager said she couldn't provide a refund due to liquor laws?? Not sure how that relates.. The lunch was substandard and one of the drinks had a long piece of hair in it around the bottom of the straw. Other than that service by staff was great.
had James as our server for bottomless brunch - we where a bit hectic and yet he was absolutely incredible! Ten out of ten, I will for sure be coming back just for his great service! He made us all comfortable & was so great with interacting, he felt like one of the group! Can't wait to come back & here's hoping were in on a day he is!
Had an awesome time tonight! I can happily say that both times I’ve been to Lulas, the service (from two great staff Luke and May) has been impeccable and the food/drinks always great. From overseas, this is definitely my favourite spot in Auckland to enjoy brunch or an evening out with my friends. Thanks so much!
