I have been contracting through The Pond for a number of months now and they have been great. Bella has been amazing to deal with, fast, responsive, efficient. Leighton offers good advice and gives good guidance, and you can have a laugh with him along the way too. It's refreshing dealing with knowledgeable people within a recruitment agency who make things happen and gets the job done. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience with the team at The Pond, first as a contractor and then again as a full-time candidate. The Pond has dealt with me for a few years now, I originally established a connection and met with Bella to discuss the possibility of ongoing contract work. They presented me with multiple high quality opportunities of which I was too busy at the time to take up, but all would have been well suited. Then more recently, I was presented a full time permanent opportunity through Will at the Pond. I ended up being a successful applicant to this new role, and the recruitment/interviewing process from the applicant side could not have been any better. The team at the Pond have got this down! They are fun, positive professionals who know how to navigate both their clients and applicant's needs. I would love to say I would not hesitate to work with the Pond again to find a role, but they found me somewhere suitable - so of course, no need to look! As a creative freelancer, I've had a great experience working with The Pond. The team are friendly and quick to respond if you have any questions. I've had worked on some really interesting jobs and met great people. I chose the Pro membership and while I see some people complaining about paying the fee, it's been well worth the investment.
