Will always be grateful for such an amazing team who taught my boys to swim and survive in the water.

Excellent swim school, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The teachers are all caring, friendly and know how to put the kids at ease and enjoy learning to swim. I particularly like how they have “survival weeks” where skills are learnt for different scenarios such as swimming at the beach or in a river, or being in a boat, extremely important stuff all kids should know. Would recommend this swim school without hesitation.

Lovely school with an approachable and friendly atmosphere for little ones. Ryan is fantastic! Turns water-shy kids into ones who love to swim!

Great swim school with lovely teachers. My son has been attending for 4.5 years now and loves it.

My Children swam there for 3 1/2 years. They have beautiful facilities, but their communication is poor. There is no continuity between teachers. They would change my sons teacher frequently and without notice. After my daughter's teacher of 2 years left her new teacher put her back into swim aids, when I inquired about this they informed me her old teacher wasn't teaching to my daughter's abilities - they basically blamed a teacher that had left and couldn't defend herself, which in my opinion is appalling considering they employed her. When I spoke to them regarding this I told them I would consider whether to continue lessons or not, I still had 5 paid lessons left. The next morning of my sons lesson they rang me and told me I was not welcome back. After going there for nearly 4 years with 2 children I was extremely disappointed they weren't prepared to listen to my concerns as a parent and work towards finding a solution. Besides which who expels a 2 and 4 year old from swimming?! I have since run into previous staff members of theirs who taught there for nearly 6 years who have told me what an unpleasant working environment they experienced there.

Emma is a brilliant swim coach and she is absolutely amazing with children. She is professional, thorough, informative and it was such a pleasure having her teach my 1 year old the basics and importance of swimming. Unfortuantely due to the rudeness, miscommunication and non-flexibility of management, I will not be continuing with swimming lessons for my daughter at the swim centre. I found the management extremely rude and "money focused". It is such a pity as I would of loved to continue taking my daughter to Emma for lessons but could not possibly endure the rudeness of management. On their website they state "friendly, respectful, family atmosphere" which could not be further from the truth. I do hope their well deserved swimming coaches do not get the same treatment as their paying customers. I know of a couple of mothers who have felt the same way we do and they too have decided to take their children elsewhere for swimming lessons. Extremely disapointed!

Our daughter has been coming here for swimming lessons since she was 6 months old. She looks forward to every lesson. The staff are all fantastic, so is the coffee.
