The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. The fish was tiny, 2 small pieces the size of my index finger and it was awful. Tasted like it had been in the freezer for 10 years. When I order fish at a restaurant I expect it to be fresh. Chips were okay. Partner ordered pork belly and it was tough and tasteless. We both hardly touched our food. Very disappointed. Will never return.

Welcome service at the front was great, given the option to seat outside to see the viaduct (ended up meeting 2 friends as they passed by). Offered a blanket to my fiancé as it was chilly outside. Starters were good. Garlic bread for my fiancé and my seafood chowder was really good and fresh. My favorite though was the T-bone steak, a whole 400g of tender, juicy and well done beef, served with fries and garden salad was excellent!

Lovely Sunday morning, at Viaduct for brunch. Rocked up to this restaurant, met by a very harried server who looked peeved at our request to sit at an alternate table to the one she gestured us to. We ordered coffee on sitting down. 15 minutes later we had no coffee and no order had been taken. No water at the table. We bailed at this point to the excellent Giraffe. Who delivered excellent coffee in 5 minutes. Guess where will go again.

We dined at the “Viaduct Grill” last night. We had a lovely evening. The vibe was just great. It was packed around the viaduct - being first evening a level 1 after the americas cup. I ordered the eye fillet, my hubby had the scotch and both our steaks were cooked to perfection :) we both like our steak medium rear and this is often not how it comes out of the kitchen in many restaurants but these guys got it right :) Our waitress was really lovely too, the wine was good, the kids enjoyed their meals and desserts. It was a great meal.( I only gave it a 4 out 5 due to being seated so close to the people next to us. My husband and kids were further away from me than the lady next to me). Given it was a busy night. This may not always be the case.

Staff were wonderful, especially Joyce. The owner however was a different story. I've never seen such disrespectful behaviour to staff in my life. It made our group feel extremely uncomfortable watching him scream at them. The food was ok, coffee was nice. Location was good. Toilets weren't great.

Great service, unfortunately the food wasn't amazing. Hollandaise sauce wasn't house made and only served half a muffin on my eggs Benedict? Good location and great service. Three stars...

Such a terrible place to go to. We went for what was meant to be breakfast. We didn't get our order taken for 20 mins. Coffee took half an hour to come out. We ended up just leaving after an hour as our breakfast still hadn't come out. Paid for drinks and as we left the owner was yelling at the cooks that they needed to speed up and that people see leaving. What a shambles. Would bypass this place and try somewhere else

Went here for New Years & had the most amazing experience! The food was so delish & the service was so quick & efficient. We were hoping to be able to do a walk in for a meal & we got squeezed in right away! Will definitely be back again!
