Great place for last minute shop before taking your plane... This store is big, and organise... usually there is not a lot of people as it is a few block from the airport If you are coming to Auckland, or you are leaving, I am sure this store will have what you need

This is for the Airport Branch! During the "Level3"... click and collect is very misleading. Received the "item is ready" email and went to pick up. No one was there to support customers. The phone number left on the door to call was not working and had to send a text. After waiting for at least 20min, 2 recently employed workers came with their coffees in their hand showed little appreciation to us waiting on the door. Worth mentioning there were others waiting about an hour before I arrived. How disgraceful for such a large company.

My click and collect has been ready for over a week nearly 2 weeks with urgent supplies for my business. I went to pick it up and no one was there to support customers. The phone number left on the door to call is not working and answer machine is full. I have called many times. How disgraceful for such a large company. I’ll have to wait for level 3 to be over before I can collect. ‘Essential Service’ Yeah right!!!

Good big store with a warehouse Stationary inside. Very convenient. They even had there checkouts open at 8pm.
