Last week Wednesday I was visiting to get some bed sheets and pillows I asked one of the employees for some advice on what size was bigger king or queen. He did not look happy or interested in talking to me at all, I was super friendly and welcoming but he honestly just had the most depressed look on his face. The whole situation just made me not want to shop there at all and uncomfortable. Shortly after I just quickly grabbed what I needed and left. Will be going Airport from now on I always receive better customer service every time I visit and smiling faces :)

This is one of the bigger Warehouse shops. It is a busy store but because of the size it never seems over crowded. The one highlight of this place that I enjoy everytime is a very young at heart Asian gentleman working on the checkouts. He will spark as conversation with every customer he serves, and you can't help but leave with a smile on your face and him wishing you well. Gold star for him!!! Staff like him make shopping in store a happy time!!!

Huge store, friendly staff members, plenty of items to choose from. Some of the items are also quite unique to this store. Parking spaces are plenty. However, staff members are very slack with picking up phones; so better visit them in person, or do online ordering.

Great out of great services provided by the Warehouse Manukau, All the team members are so nice and very helpful. they are always keen to help in any way and hve a good sense of humour.

I have been using the Manukau branch from past 8 years. Customer service is rubbish at this store now. So many staff members roam around the store doing nothing and if you ask for assistance they'll put it on someone's shoulder and guess what, no one ever bothers to revert back. I have many disappointing experience. Recent one is on 16th of April. I went to store to look for some pendent as I waited there for around 5 minutes and asked the lady who was looking at me but ignoring me constantly, then she said someone will assist you in 30 minutes and same time her team mate said someone will come in 10 mins. I felt like a fool to visit the store with 5 months old baby I returned back with nothing. Never gonna go back
