It's OK for a Warehouse store in a small shopping mall. Good opening hours 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. It's smaller than most other Warehouse stores but it's fine.

Absolutely gutted to be standing in the rain and cold whilst waiting to collect a click and collect I have had 0 communication about. You'd expect you and your rude staff can at least learn from the first time level 3 happened. When posting something from you the updates are nothing but constant. Two orders 2 days ago. and zero details about them in the last 2 day except a confirmation email. First trip took 15 minutes in the cold and rain to then get told it hasn't even been couriered from another store. I'd understand this had I actually received updates. Needless to say herding customers on the cold and rain won't assist your efforts to social distance when given there's not even a hand sanitizer on the desk. 4th time having to leave home during level 3. to then be told my order is incomplete and something is comming from another store. Had I known this I'd have ordered from trade me for a cheaper price and better faster service. Please advise next time something else has to come from another store otherwise it's a waste of time.

I'm very grateful for Liz at Milford Warehouse for her professional customer service. I ordered a large quantity last minute and she took extra steps to complete my order. The staff at Milford warehouse are always, very nice and happy to help customers.
