I visited the store after checking if there was a product on the website. There were no products on the shelves. When I asked one of the staff, she told me to ask at the customer service. I asked the customer service staff. Without a second of hesitation, he replied, "No we do not have." Of course, there may not be any products, but could there be not a single spare in the warehouse? It's a new store just opened. It would have been nice if the employee pretended to look for it for a moment.

Great new warehouse and warehouse stationery under one roof. Love the bright open store and great range of product. Feels really spacious with the lower aisles -you can see the whole store. Be my new local. Love it.

Pretty good warehouse, it’s nice to have everything brand new and clean and well organised for now, but I’m sure it will end up just like all the other warehouses in 6 months

The worst customer service. The lady at the counter at the customer service desk was very rude and had a attitude.Teach her customer service before allocating her to the role. She made the worst angry face at me when I asked her to exchange item for the bigger size. Sort out your attitude woman. This is a new Warehouse and that kind of attitude towards customers will let your customer service down.

Staff from exchange items was very rude and don't know how to talk to the customers. She was making her own policies and refused to exchange faulty product that I have bought it just about 2 weeks ago. Very bad experience.
