Fantastic customer focused service. They actually recommended against whitening my teeth (due to shades of my current crowns etc) and recommended a hygienist polish instead. Much respect to a company that prioritises the good outcome for the customer rather than whether they make a sale etc. I would 100% recommended them to others as I feel you get an honest assessment of how best to improve the appearance of your teeth.

So impressed with the whole experience. Racquel was amazing at talking me through the process every step of the way and making sure I was comfortable. I watched Netflix while the gel did it's thing and curtains were drawn around me so it felt private and relaxing. I definitely saw improvement in my first session, I still have a bit more to go having started at the darker end of the spectrum, so can't wait for my next session so get even better results!

Clean and professional, kept to social distancing well and an easy process. Nice to have realistic expectations of what your result could be shown at the start as well.

Couldn’t recommend Ruby and the Whitening co enough! They have done such an amazing job with the studio, down to a professional service. You will def be leaving with a bright white smile on your face !!! Ruby was able to squeeze me in straight away after this COV-19 . The studio was spotless and their attention to hygiene and comfort was really amazing. I felt comfortable throughout the whitening session and the results speak for themselves! I keep smiling at myself in the mirror I will definitely go back for future treatments and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to give it a go ️ Thanks so much Chick , see you in 4 weeks ️
