Long time customer of the team in Howick. Always helpful friendly service with a smile. I was a beginner guitarist who tried one day to change the strings myself. Of course after cocking it up entirely I went to Tom Kroons guitar and strings in hand in search of help. They helped me out by charging me 15 for a lesson on changing strings rather than 45 for them to do it for me. ( the whole teach a man to fish theory at work ) Tom Kroons is an institution and a valuable part if the Howick community.
