Unhelpful Staff. Went there to get a return & refund of Watermelon Frost that was overpriced and I didn't need to use. Had my receipt, and the lady at the counter said she was unable to help me because her boss was not there to administer the refund. I told her that it's a simple task involving my signature. I was disappointed in her reluctance to help me and she told me to come the next day. It took me a heated exchange before she complied with my demands and made the effort to ring her boss to ask how to process and return and refund. Processing refunds is one of the most basic jobs of any job at a counter, and they shouldn't hire someone who is so incompetent and reluctant to help customers. In addition, the products at their store are overpriced, and the store needs to be cleaner and better decorated.

Went to them years ago at a time my child was in need, they were very dishonest, kept raising the price for the same products for no reason, took advantage of my eagerness to help my child and sold me a bunch of useless products. Will never go back.
