Manager told me the job would be an hour and I came back 2 hours later to find the job complete, no call to let me know etc despite knowing I was waiting and telling me he'd call. He also had a bad attitude and his customer service skills didn't even exist. Won't come back.

Great service. Quality job done in a timely manner. Brought my hatch back in for a wheel alignment and wheel balance. I was called up within 30mins that the job was complete and ready to be picked up. (Dropped off at 0730 before it got busy). I was also given genuine advice on condition of tyres and suggestions. Wasn’t forced to take them up on it and appreciated the approach and information. Highly recommend. Thank you to Kay Jay and his team.

Been coming to this shop for 15 years. Still the best! KJ and his team are total professionals, who do a great job & price, are friendly and take the time to get you sorted right. Manager is a good bloke who sorted out a misunderstanding with me last month honourably. And that's why I'm back in today getting a new set of tyres and alignment on my daughter's first car.
