Visited the New Lynn store today. Customer service was excellent. The Team were friendly and their support team, especially Faisal - amazing service. Was able to beat quotes provided and arranged complimentary check and inspection for an issue I was having. Overall experience was great but wish I had been informed of the additional charges that I would have to pay for in addition to what was informed while getting a quote for the service. Would visit again but would be asking more questions next time especially about the charges.

to Arjun..bro, you might be a good person, but your a terrible tyre technician, look what you did to my mags..you bloody scrap the top. You dont seems to know what your doing 2.5 hours to do replace a 2 tyres is not ok in my time. I wish I can get a compensation for my mag repair, 3 people complain already while I was in the shop. I should have stop and take my car elsewhere. Im sure not all Tonys tyres shops are bad, but this one in New Lynn needs to be sorted.
