I wholehearted recommend Torpedo7 Newmarket Bike Shop, and the customer experience they provide. I purchased a Giant Mountain Bike from them for a great price. I've had it serviced by them as well as they were highly recommended. Very satisfied with the services they provide and their willingness to go the extra mile ensure customer satisfaction. They have a great team of experienced bike mechanics and riders who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very confident with them looking after me and my bike!

The store is best if you want to buy bikes or related stuffs. Other than that they don't have much stuff like other Torpedo7 shops. Has few options for tents and nothing else. They do have bike workshop station too. Decent service. Has paid car parking outside store.

I wanted to buy my first bike for which I had initially gone to Torpedo-Mt Wellington branch. I didn't know how to use the bike rack for car so I asked if they could help. They said they won't cause its their company's policy incase they scratch the car so I went to New Market branch where I met Thomas at the counter. I asked him for all customization I needed for my bike (mudguard, bottle rack, seat adjustment) as well as he could help me put the bike rack on the car. He did all these by himself and made my day. I could finally buy my first bike and all thanks to Thomas at the branch who was so helpful. He did everything single handedly and also provided me all the required info in terms of warranty, first free safety check etc. We really need customer service like Thomas. TOP NOTCH! Thank you Thomas once again, I am so happy to have my bike.

Bad customer care service ever, they are not responsible for responding with customer. I bought a gopro from Torpedo 7, it was faulty and I sent it to Torpedo 7 for the warranty. A staff there told me that it would be solved in 2 days then it took 3 months for warranty without updating from Torpedo 7. I had to reach them all of the time by email but they didn't answer then I had to went there directly to ask them. They didn't care about customer, I had to chase them and ask. It was so frustrated! Finally they had a decision that give me my refund after 3 months. I went to the shop to ask for the refund but staffs there didn't know anything about that, seems like they work without connecting with each other. It took a long time to solve the refund at the shop. Never support Torpedo 7 again.
