Great agent who has (more than once), made every effort to create the perfect holiday for us. Wouldnt book with anyone else.
Never again. Disaster after disaster. 15 minutes to swap trains in Milan. You guessed it we missed our connection. Hotels miles away from where we wanted to stay. Everything was very last minute. Still chasing the travel agent only days before we left for Europe. Everything seemed to be what she would do not what we wanted to do. Live and learn I guess
