The Skoda service team were exceptional. We needed to source a specific tyre for our near new Kodiaq after a side impact tyre puncture. Over the Xmas period it seemed impossible to source. The team did everything they could to source a tyre rather than us being on a space saver. A awesome team.

My 55k new car wasn’t particularly shiny when I got it. Service online booking has faults, which meant I had to change day. Had a grumpy email from the service manager when I complained. Won’t be spending a lot of money here again.
