Terrible management and staff, have not fixed bad phone line for 3 years despite complaints from all families. It's hard to hear elderly people with weak voices and their lack of investment in a simple quality phone, in this modern age, is disgusting and tantamount to abuse when the elderly cannot communicate with distant family. The staff then wonder why people become upset with them and act like victims if told off. 1000 a week for food and conditions worse than a communist military camp
