I took three suits and a pair of trousers to be altered. We agreed a turnaround time of 5 working days, which was honoured. I am very pleased with the alterations and have no hesitation in recommending Betty and Twin Needles.

Went here a while ago and they took the sleeves up and dry cleaned my jacket. They did a really poor job. The sleeves and entire jacket is now totally out of shape. The employee claimed it was like that before. Never wore the jacket again.
UPDATE:::::::: i went in yesterday for what I thought was the final fitting, the dress was a perfect fit, however it was still unfinished. Left it there overnight so they could finish up re-sewing the seams back together and sew the remainder of the beads back on. Went back in today for the final fitting, and to collect the dress, and it was absolutely beautiful. Sure, time was wasted, and it took 3-4 visits for them to get it 100% correct. Other than that, I am very happy with the service I was provided with. I am certain I will be back! I took my ball gown here for alterations at the bust, and the hem. Came back a week after I first took it in, for a fitting, and I was so dissatisfied with how it looked. the bust was far too tight, the back of the bodice didn't line up with the front, the beads were falling off everywhere, the side seams were falling apart and the dress didn't even look like it was mine. The dress was left untouched for about 6 days before any work was done, and it was so rushed. I have since left it there for the employees to fix, and all I'm hoping for now is that it's a perfect fit when I go in for my final fitting in a few days time. At this point, it's looking like I will not have a dress to wear. Very disappointed.
Absolutely 110% satisfied with this service and their immaculate attention to detail. I had my wedding dress altered and they took their time and their expertise and did a wonderful job and such a great rate. I love that it is a family-orientated business with such care and finesse. Brought in my full length school ball dress here to change the regular straight hem into a subtle high-low hem. The final dress was neat and exactly as I'd hoped for! Thank you so much :)
Lovely people here. I asked them to reline my full length vintage leather jacket and they did an amazing job. Made the pockets a much better size and has turned my old jacket into a new treasure!! Thank you Betty and team. I will totally be back.
One of the luckiest thing I had last year was to find out Twin Needle in Milford. My old clothing were born again at Twin Needle. The lady working at Twin Needle has a magic hands. I am introducing Twin Needle all my friends also Twin Needle shop look beautiful outside. I like its antique style shop decorations.
Thank you ladies for making some very tricky changes to my daughters ball gown. You did such a good job she won Queen of Westlake Ball 2018 ! I would highly recommend Twin Neddles to make any alterations you need to be done ! Prudence
