Awesome dealership. I had a fantastic experience dealing with them. I bought a 2006 Nissan X Trail from these guys. Andrew and John are very understanding and considerate people who are happy explain things to me. Andrew was super cool with me changing my mind on few extra ad-ons. If you are looking for a used Japanese car, look no further.

I write this review about 2weeks after I bought my car from them. I have been visited both branches. The owner of the city branch gives me a piece of information about West branch friendly. And John in West dealership, he is really nice person. I inspected cars without pressure. After I bought my car, there are several small troubles such as jog dial was stuck in the right-side. And He arranged and figured everything out for me. He knows how to treat his customer. He is super kind and truely has looked after my car. They have a good European car selection. Highly recommend!

I bought my car from Universal Imports (Andrew) two months ago, both the car quality and post-sales service are very impressive. Andrew is being huge helpful and supportive through the whole process. Nothing was too big or too small. He organized all paperwork and get everything goes smoothly and easily for me. Well communicated with the mechanical warranty company when there was a misspelling in the contract and posted me a hardcopy in his own time. Even though there was a minor issue, Andrew got it fixed at his earliest convenience and keep me updated. Contacted the mechanical warranty company afterward to prove that the condition is more than satisfied to go through if there is a future claim needed. He responded to all inquiries on time and everything he did is much beyond my expectation. Really appreciate! I’m more than happy to recommend Andrew and Universal Imports to all my friends (and anyone who will see this message) if there are any needs. He is definitely the most trustworthy car dealer who also has a bunch of amazing cars!
