Very very happy I finally found the parts for my parents 50 year old shower I have gone to a couple of places and they showed no interest told me to get a plumber we dont have parts for that without having a proper look .Then I found Universal plumbing guys are so friendly who showed interest and found the parts I needed for the shower went home put it in myself and it was perfect. Thanks guys much appreciated. Latai.

After approximately 5 phone calls and 5 follow up emails from me to Ype from Plumbing Plus, he would not, could not, did not send me an invoice/quote for a shower! Apparently emails were sent (to both my email addresses, but they certainly weren't received, or in junk folders) and today I asked for a screenshot image of the quote - never sent. I've waited for weeks and now my project is behind schedule, so have to start the shower searching process from the beginning again. Lost time and with tradies. Talk about avoidance of a customer! (and yes, I am and was always polite and patient when dealing with suppliers). Very disappointed.
