No exchanges or returns allowed for online purchases -- Buying a piece of furniture online is not easy, even with all the measurements listed on the website, there is still a small chance it will be unsuitable for the customer when it arrives. (Which is why a lot of stores allow exchanges or refunds for online purchases). The quality of the chair that I purchased was good but the service wasn't the best. I was not allowed to exchange the one I purchased for a different chair. I'd buy (online) from a different store that allows exchanges in the future just for peace of mind, especially for something that cost hundreds of dollars.

Whatever a consumer would expect, you will get all at Uno Furniture. We bought our 1st electric adjustable desk from Uno Furniture couple weeks ago, courier made a little story, oh yes, they were under high demand which far exceeding their capacity after COVID-19 lockdown, the desk top came with a bit damage at the corner due to rough delivery, as the nature of consumer behaviour, I wrote an email to the Uno Furniture……Then, I got a rapid respond from them, and the communication between us were impressively easy, hassle-free and effective, you don’t have to worry about anything, you don’t have to push things going forward, it’s panic-free and every thing is on it’s well-designed plan and schedule, it will just take a bit of time to wait for your new desk top, and that’s it! As we always say, the product quality is crucial, but we prioritise the service even more than that. We’ve had our desk assembled for a while, it works so well, every single component is high quality and tough built, the motors are quiet and smooth too. That was a significant experience shopping at Uno Furniture, and we strongly recommend to everyone. Alan.
Amazing shopping experience and product. We went in to see the showroom and got to try out a few of the desks before we purchased which was super helpful. I ordered the ergonomic Evolve Electric Height Adjustable / Standing Desk and love it! I ordered online on Sunday evening and it arrive Tuesday morning - super fast delivery.
I bought a very nice mesh chair from Uno Furniture and quite happy with them. I was able to try out their products in their showroom privately. Their delivery was fast. Their quality is great and the prices are highly affordable. Recommend.

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish! Once ordered you get a personal email updating you on when to expect your delivery and a further phone call follow up! We have been SO happy with our stand up desks. We have just ordered our third one from Uno! Keep it up guys. Highly recommend this company!
Amazing how much they look out for customers I ordered a desk but due to a mis communication internally they accidentally sent me a broken desk they caught this while the tracking still only said picked up and reached out to me and offered to wait an extra few days and get a good desk or a full refund they were extremely nice about it and I will 100% be shopping there again the person I dealt with was Kerry and they were very helpful
Fantastic service, great range at the best prices in NZ that I could find. Ordered custom desk Thursday evening, received confirmation of shipping the next day and desk was delivered Monday (lower NI). Highly recommend!
