Great customer service. Came in to get an upgrade today. The vape came with a defect but they quickly sorted it out and showed me how to set it up. Cheers
Great place and customer service especially by Kahu she gave me tips and recommend a small device to help me quit and a great flavor juice even better I came in just to browse but her customer service felt like she was helping me rather than up selling. Coming back here again so I can see her again!!!!
Came in today as partner wanted a new vape, store looks very high end but the customer service was anything but. Stood around waiting for someone to talk to us about vapes..didnt happen, saw staff walk in and out (from the back area) and around, still no greeting, other staff member goes straight to people who walked in after us to help them, ookay, so we just choose one and buy it. Get home and partner went to try it, what do you know...no battery. When he called and asked why it didnt occur to them to tell us we need to purchase battery separately, he gets told "you know accidents happen bro" literally said bro. He's not your bro. And when we try and ask about battery..."we out of stock, try sylvia park". Only saving grace (and reason for 2nd star rating) was the boxing day discount and the girl at sylvia park vapo who was actually really nice. Manukau vapo BFN.
Always get a warm welcome every time we go in and today was no exception to this, greeted by Cahleb, very helpful as always.

Im so excited to see one of my favourite workers from another store here!! Cahu she's an amazing worker always love having chats with her and learning new things about vapes and going to her for recommendation on juice. Love seeing her a great lady and i recommend to see her when being served.
