Update: Refund have been sorted out anyway. They are DISHONEST and NEVER trust them and their 5 star reviews. I tried to buy a Mazda CX-5 from them. They advertised this car on Trademe and said 'Put down 500 refundable deposit to hold it for yourself'. And I comfirmed it's refundable before I paid them 500 deposit. But after that, I found this model has a common issue which is the coolant leaks into the engine cylinders. Mazda NZ and AU had recalled the model in March 2020. And I found this issue has shown up in the CX-5 I was trying to buy, the coolant bottle was empty, and the engine oil was way higher than the maximum. Because this issue has appeared and damages the engine. So I talked to the manager Garry said I couldn't have this car, and he agreed to refund my money. I texted Garry every 1 or 2 days about the money back, he said already processed. 10 days passed, the money never show up. Will find help from Disputes Tribunal. BTW, they advertised this car has ' Like New Tyre', but actually the all four tyres were badly cracked and worn. They are DISHONEST and NEVER trust them and their 5 star reviews. I work in Papakura, and will tell everyone not buy from them.

Great prices, great service. Met all my requirements and were very flexible with changes of plans. Went the extra mile and would highly recommend these guys. They were very clear of costings regarding finance if I was to need it. Always a call or txt away when I needed to ask something. Awesome that experience and great quality car, thanks guys!

Vehicle direct Takanini have been absolutely awesome!,Sam who I was dealing with was an awesome salesman, he didn't pressure me one bit,the car I test drove sold overnight but Sam found a newer one in Tauranga and arranged delivery for me to inspect, it exceeded my expectations and I bought it!!he even personally delivered it after hours,fantastic customer service and will definitely recommend these guys and even buy another in the future!!

Incredibly dodgy car dealer. Pushy and rude. Don’t disclose hidden costs till last minute, don’t listen to what terms you want. Give you the muck around for days. Don’t follow through with their word! Please save yourself time and don’t even think of going here! Garry is the manager and he just made things so difficult and stressful when it didn’t need to be! Be very careful of wording in contracts too! Even got hung up on when contacting another manager from the other Auckland store ( guys name is timmi ). All there 5 star reviews are from friends and are fake obviously, once you read through them you will see. 0 out of 5 stars! Should be shut down! Your company is a joke!! Have reported to the government for investigation.
