We've only been in the area for a short time so I relied on Google reviews to select Velca. A bit of a risk but paid off - thanks to the other reviewers. Got an appointment same day. Matt was excellent. Reduced my pain straight away to manageable levels. Recovering well.
I had a great experience at Velca, from the staff covering reception to Mathias the chiropractor. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and my actual consultation and treatment was very thorough and informative. I would definately recommend.
Have just started with Velca and am feeling real hopeful my issues will get sorted as Mathias and Jaden are really trying to pin-point them. Appointments feel more personal and not like I'm just another client. The team at Velca is also very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!!
Jesse goes the extra mile for his clients, I have found Jesse takes time to listen, then adjust and help maintain my condition which is ongoing. I can't speak highly enough of his professional manner.
Very professional, looking at wellbeing from a multifaceted viewpoint. I had a massage yesterday, and I feel like my muscles have had a serious workout. I can feel that my muscles have relaxed. They recommended a maintenance massage, targeting some specific areas, so that I can have the best experience. I appreciate that they give you the best advice for the future of your wellbeing.
Had my first appointment with Matt yesterday. Very professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and fun (as fun as a visit to the Chiropractor can be). I have probably seen 6-7 Chiropractors over the years and this rates as one of the best experiences. Highly recommended.
The team take the time to fully understand your issues and then formulate a structured plan to address them. Very happy with my experiences with the Velca team.
