This is a jewel hiding in Onehunga. Exceptional service and really good food.

I love this joint. It's our go to when we just want a casual dinner but know the quality of the food will be spot on. It's certainly a "more than meets the eye" eatery and the food is so delicious: fresh and tasty. They have the friendliest staff and the cafe vibe is warm and welcoming. You need to get down here and visit Vietnam

Cute, cosy, family-style business. Generous portions of delicious food, popular with locals. Caters well for those with dietary restrictions. The free jasmine tea is a lovely touch.

It's great food (we are even making and eating more Vietnamese food at home now), affordable, and a nice little indoor - outdoor venue. Staff (I think all part of a family) are amazingly friendly, and continuously offer to help or do more. What a great place for brunch or afternoon coffee.

We've had many a meals both dine in & takeaway at Viki Cafe. The owners are lovely and friendly with genuine love & gratitude for both the food they produce and their customers! Our food has always been delicious & the atmosphere cosy & welcoming.

Tried the spring rolls and beef pho. The beef pho broth was good but I think next time I'll ask for them to go light on the cilantro because there was a handful in my bowl. The beef was strange, it had a texture like mince but it was clearly thinly sliced beef. Very odd. There was an odd soapy flavor at the bottom of my bowl. The spring rolls weren't what I was expecting, I didn't enjoy them. They looked breaded and the meat was so dry it tasted like tofu. Overall it was good other outside of a few weird flavors.

Viki's have excellent Vietnamese food with great cakes and deserts. Try their sandwiches with home made bread!

Replying to comment- Zina Who do you think you are! I was only opening talking about my experience so if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all. I know what I've said is true and fair so don't cry about it, it didn't happen to you!
